摘  要:以6个普通烟草品种为试验材料,比较了烤烟、白肋烟、晒烟和晾烟品种间及同一品种的不同发育时期烟草叶表不同部位腺毛形态、密度的差异。结果表明:几种供试烟草品种在生长发育过程中的腺毛类型主要有长柄腺毛、短柄腺毛和无头腺毛,但在烟草整个发育过程中始终以长柄腺毛为主。从烟草现蕾期开始,部分长柄腺毛的头部开始萎缩、脱落,形成无头腺毛。几种供试烟草品种从移栽期开始腺毛密度逐渐增加,到现蕾期腺毛密度达到最大值,成熟期又明显下降。烟草叶片上表面的腺毛密度均大于下表面,但叶尖、叶中部和叶基部的腺毛密度没有明显差异。The morphology and density of leaf glandular trichome of six cultivars of Nicotiana tabacum L.at different growth stages and different leaf positions were compared.The results indicated that the glandular trichome observed belonged to 3 types including long stalk,short stalk and headless glandular trichomes,the long stalk glandular trichome was in the majority throughout all growth stages.Starting from budding stage,the head of some long stalk glandular trichomes faded and dropped and turned into headless glandular trichomes.Starting from transplanting stage,in some of the tested cultivars,the density of glandular trichome increased gradually,reached the highest level at budding stage,and then decreased obviously at mature stage.The density of glandular trichome on top surface of tobacco leaf was higher than that on the bottom surface,however there was no obvious density difference between leaf tip,leaf blade,and leaf base.
