摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出机制备了不同配方的聚丙烯(PP)/木粉/蛋壳粉复合材料(WPC),研究了蛋壳粉用量对WPC的拉伸强度、冲击强度、断裂伸长率、硬度、维卡软化温度、熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响。结果表明,随着蛋壳粉用量的增加,拉伸强度先增加后降低,冲击强度逐渐减小,硬度逐渐增加,断裂伸长率在蛋壳粉用量不大于15份时基本不变,20份时下降较大;随着蛋壳粉用量的增加,维卡软化温度先升高后略有降低,MFR先升高后降低;蛋壳粉用量为10份时,WPC的综合性能最佳。A series of polyproylene( PP)/wood flour/eggshell powder composites were prepared by two-screw extruder. The effects of the eggshell powder content on tensile strength, impact strength, elongation at break, hardness, vieat softening temperature, melt flow rate(MFR) of the wood plastic composites(WPC) were investigated. Results showed that with the increase of eggshell powder content, the tensile strength of WPC firstly increased and then falled, impact strength decreased and hardness increased gradually. Elongation at break was basically unchanged when the content of eggshell powder don't exceed 15 phr, and reached lowest value at 20 phr. Vicat softening temperature of the WPC firstly increased and then decreased slightly, MFR firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of eggshell pwoder content. The WPC had good comprehension properties when the content of eggshell powder was 10 phr.
