摘 要:采用马来酸酐与经γ射线辐照过的聚丙烯进行接枝来制备界面相容剂,用于提高木粉与聚丙烯的相容性,改善木塑复合材的性能。将烘干、筛分好的木粉与界面相容剂进行混合,用双螺杆挤出机将其制成板,通过扫描电子显微镜观察和材料力学性能测试表明,相容剂的加入明显地提高了木粉与聚丙烯基质之间的相容性,并且使木塑复合材料的弯曲强度、拉伸强度和耐冲击强度均有较大的提高。马来酸酐加入质量比为4%时,力学强度达到最大值。To improve the compatibility between wood and polypropylene, a compatibilizer was prepared with maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene under γ-rays irradiation. The boards of wood/plastic composites were made by a twin screw extruder after mixing the compatibilizer with the dried and sieved wood powders. The observation by use of scanning electron microscope demonstrated that the compatibility between wood and polypropylene matrix was obviously improved while the mechanical properties including ftexural strength, tensile strength and impact strength of such boards were greatly enhanced. And the optimum mass fraction of addition agent was 4% in the process of pre-irradiation grafting.
