摘　　要：以UG软件为工具,设计了一套能够在瓷绝缘子胶装过程中将钢脚与瓷件进行自动胶装的装备。在利用UG软件对该套装备进行设计、仿真分析的过程中,从零件实体建模、部件装配到运动仿真、结构分析以及后面的优化设计,都能够虚拟进行。利用UG软件能方便地对复杂机构进行运动过程仿真,同时还可以进行运动分析、干涉分析及方案评估等。最终得到的仿真结果以图表和电子表格的形式输出,为装备的优化设计提供了参考依据。Taking UG software as a tool, a set of equipment which could automatically take the steel-feet and the porcelain as a whole in the process of the porcelain insulator gluing-bonding is designed. During the design, simulation analysis process on this set of equipment by using UG software, from solid modeling of component, components assembling to movement simulation, structural analysis and optimization design, can all be virtualized. Movement process simulation, as well as kinematic analysis, interference analysis and solution evaluation, etc, can easily carried out on complex mechanism by using UG software. The simulation results finally obtained output in the form of sheets, which provides reference for optimization design of equipment. diagrams and spread-sheets, which provides reference for optimization design of equipment.
