摘　　要：本文简单论述了智能家居当前发展的基本历程及现状，同时笔者结合自身经验提出了对智能家居组成的见解，并重点从实际工程设计角度阐述了国内某顶级豪华别墅智能家居的设计及实现功能的概况，以及从个人的实践角度提出了智能家居设计与实施过程中的重点及难点。As an elementary discussion of the basic evolution and the current condition of start home, the writer, combining his own experiences, raises several proposals regarding to the composition of start home. In addition, the writer mainly explains the general idea of the design and practical functions of the start home of one of the domestically top tier luxury cottages from the perspective of practical construction design, and proposes the key issues and the difficulties during the design and construction of start home from the perspective of individual practice.
