摘 要:对Ni60/WC自熔合金粉末进行了高能球磨和相应的粉末形貌观察,研究了球磨对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明:球磨前后Ni60/WC自熔合金主要由WC、FeW3C、Cr23C6、Ni3Fe和Ni2B等组成;与球磨前相比,磨碎的WC小颗粒弥散分布在γ-Ni基体上,由于球磨过程中粉末发生氧化,组织中存在大量的孔洞,粉末表面的氧化膜阻碍了元素间的扩散,其过渡层的宽度小于球磨前;球磨后Ni60/WC合金的硬度下降4.49 HRC,密度下降1.336 g/cm3,体积磨损率下降0.62×10-2 cm-3。故在本试验条件下,高能球磨不适合用来提高Ni60/WC自熔合金的性能。The Ni60/WC self-fluxing alloy powder was ball-milled and the morphology was observed using SEM.The effects of ball milling on microstructure and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the Ni60/WC coating consists of WC,FeW3C,Cr23C6,Ni3Fe and Ni2B.Compared with no-milling,small WC particles disperse on γ-Ni substrate after ball milling.The microstructure has lots of holes because of powder oxidation in the process of milling.The oxide film of powder surface hides the diffusion between elements,the width of transition layer is less than no-milling.After ball milling,the hardness,density and volumetric wear rate decreases 4.49 HRC,1.336 g/cm3,0.62 × 10-2 cm-3,respectively.Therefore,under the experimental conditions,ball milling is not suitable for improving the performance of Ni60/WC self-fluxing alloy.
