摘 要:为了提高某板卷厂的热处理产能,以该厂现有的正火工艺为研究对象,研究缩短板坯在炉加热时间对材料组织及性能的影响。利用MSC.Marc有限元分析软件,建立了LOI辊底式热处理炉内板坯二维温度场有限元模型。同时,利用"黑匣子"测试数据验证了所建模型的精确性和可靠性。根据模拟结果,进行了实验室及现场生产测试,优化了板坯在加热炉内的加热制度。结果表明,所建立的模型简单、精度高,能够满足在线应用的要求,达到提高生产效率及节能减排的目的。In order to improve the capacity of a heat treatment of slab,the effects of shortening the normalizing time in the heat treatment furnace on the microstructure and property of slab were studied.A FEM model of two-dimensional temperature field in LOI roller-type heat treatment furnace was developed with MSC marc solver.At the same time,by the black box online test data and heat treatment simulation results,the mathematical model's accuracy and reliability were perfectly proved.According to the simulation results,the testing have been carried out in aboratory and pilot,and the heat treatment are optimized.The results show that the model is very simple and it has high precision and can satisfy the actual application,and can enhance productive efficiency and save energy.The study provides some scientific basis for optimizing the heat treatment of different specifications of slab with numerical simulation.
