摘  要:用实验室自制的聚合季铵盐(HSDA-HTC)对桑蚕丝织物进行抗菌整理,测试并分析了整理织物的抗菌性能、抗菌耐洗性及力学和吸湿性能。结果表明,经10 g/L的HSDA-HTC水溶液整理后的桑蚕丝织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为99.62%和199.44%,并具有优良的抗菌耐洗性,洗涤50次后其抑菌率仍超过99.00%;HSDA-HTC抗菌整理对桑蚕丝织物的力学性能基本没影响,吸湿性略有提高。Antibacterial finish of silk fabric was carried out with polymerizable quaternary ammonium salts (HSDA-HTC)made by own laboratory.Breaking strength,moisture absorption,antibacterial properties and washfastness of the finished silk fabric were tested.The results indicated that the silk fabric finished with 10 g/L HSDA-HTC aqueous solution showed 99.62%bacterial reduction of Staphylococcus aureus and 99.44% bacterial reduction of Escherichia coli.The antimicrobial activity of the finished silk fabric was maintained at over 99.00%reduction level even after being exposed to 50 consecutive home laundering conditions.The mechanical properties of the finished silk fabric have no noticed change compared with the silk fabric finished before;the moisture absorption of the finished silk fabric was improved a little.
