消痹宁治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　益气养阴、化痰消瘀的消痹宁对治疗早期糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效。方法　通过30例患者治疗前后自身对照的方法,观察其临床症状及各项化验指标的改善情况。结果　临床观察,患者临床症状、血糖、血脂、微循环均有较显著改善,总有效率为833%。讨论　消痹宁对糖尿病周围神经病变临床症状的改善,可能与其对血糖、微循环、血脂等改善有关。Goal]Xiaobining whose function is nourish Qi and supplement Yin,Climinate phlegm and transform stasis is effective in treatíng Díabetíc perípheríal nerípathy ín early stage.[Method]30 case of patients were self-controlled in the study and their clinical symptom and some labratory index were observed.[Result]The clinical symptoms and blood glucose,blood lipid and micro-circulation were obyiously promoted in these patients.The total effective rate is 83 3%.[Discustion]The effect of Xiaobíníng ín diabetic peripherial neuropathy may result from its affection of blood suger,blood lipid, and microcirculation.
