摘 要:针对偏远地区的电力传输高塔巡检周期长和因无法及时地获知倾斜、倒塌等突发情况而造成巨大损失等问题,设计了一种基于MEMS加速度传感器+GSM+C8051F021构架的远程电塔倾斜测量仪。利用C8051F021和MEMS加速度传感器组成的倾角测量仪安装在电力传输高塔上,实时地获取倾斜角度。通过GSM子模块将时间、倾角、位置等信息发送至短信平台为电力监控部门提供巡检维修依据。实验表明:本系统可以实时地测量和发送倾斜角度信息,并具有体积小、功耗低等特点。Aiming at the problems such as long inspection cycle of remote power transmission tower and the huge losses caused by unable to obtain information of the emergency situations in time such as tilt,collapse and so on,a remote inclinpmeter for power towers is designed based on the framework of MEMS acceleration transducer,GSM and C8051F021.Tilt angle is obtained real-time using the tile angle tester installed in the power transmission tower which is composed of C8051F021 and MEMS acceleration transducer.Time,inclination,location and other information are sent through the GSM module to the message platform for providing the power monitoring sector with inspection maintenance basis.The experiment shows that the system can real-time measure and send tilt angle information,at the same time,it has the advantages such as small size,low power consumption and so on.
