摘  要:振弦式传感器是桥梁检测工程中应用最为广泛的设备之一。针对振弦式传感器自身结构的特点,提出了一种以MSP430F449为核心的桥梁检测系统设计。系统硬件电路主要包括激振电路、信号调理电路和温度补偿电路三部分。利用MSP430单片机内部16位定时器的捕获/比较功能来完成激励信号的输出和频率信号的测量,并采用温度补偿来减少传感器所处环境温度对频率测量的影响,从而提高系统测量精度。在振弦式传感器的频率允许范围内,对系统进行测试,结果表明:系统稳定性好,测量精度高,其频率测量误差小于0.2%。Vibrating wire sensor is one of the most widely used equipments in project of bridge detection.Aiming at the characteristics of vibrating wire sensor's structure,a design is presented,which using MSP430F449 as the core of detection system.The system hardware circuit mainly includes three parts,that is excitation circuit,signal conditioning circuit and temperature compensation circuit.16-bit timers internal MSP430 microcontroller which have capture/compare functions can be used to complete the excitation signal output and frequency signal measurement.Temperature compensation can reduce the influence of environmental temperature on frequency measurement to improve the system precision.Within the frequency allowage of vibrating wire sensor,testing results of the system show that the system has good stability,high precision,the frequency measurement error is less than 0.2 %.
