摘 要:通过持续3年的田间小区试验,研究了单独或联合接种AM真菌和蚯蚓对玉米修复砷污染土壤效率的影响。结果表明:接种AM真菌和蚯蚓均能显著提高玉米根系的AM真菌侵染率(P<0.05),且双接种处理显著高于单接种处理(P<0.05);接种蚯蚓或蚯蚓与AM真菌双接种能显著提高玉米地上部、地下部生物量(P<0.05);AM真菌与蚯蚓双接种处理土壤磷酸酶活性显著高于不接种对照(P<0.05);与不接种对照相比,接种AM真菌和蚯蚓均显著降低土壤砷含量(P<0.05),且蚯蚓与AM真菌双接种处理土壤砷含量显著低于单独接种AM真菌或蚯蚓处理(P<0.05)。可见,接种AM真菌和蚯蚓可以明显提高玉米对砷污染土壤的修复效率。A three-year field experiment was conducted to examine effect of earthworms and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus(AM) on phytoremediation of arsenic contaminated soils using maize.Mycorrhizal infection was increased significantly by inoculation with AM or earthworms,and the effect of the inoculation of both was much higher than that of either AM or earthworm(P0.05).The inoculation with earthworms or both earthworms and AM raised the shoot and root biomass of maize significantly(P0.05).The inoculation with both earthworms and AM increased the activity of soil phosphatase(P0.05),but greatly reduced the content of arsenic in the soil,compared with the control(P0.05).The arsenic content was much lower in the treatment of inoculation of both than that in the treatment of inoculation of either AM or earthworm(P0.05).The findings suggest that inoculation of AM and earthworms simultaneously can significantly enhance the effect of maize on phytoremedying As-contaminated soil.
