摘　　要：以淮安市第一人民医院为例,对构建学分管理系统的关键技术进行全面分析,并阐述其具体实施方法,实践表明基于Delphi技术的学分管理系统运行良好,极大方便了科教科对临床医务人员继续教育的管理,希望为其他医院相关系统构建提供借鉴。Taking No.1 People＇s Hospital of Huaian for example,the paper comprehensively analyzes the key technologies of constructing credit management system,elaborates the concrete implementation methods.The practices show that the credit management system based on Delphi runs well,facilitates the continuing education management of science and educational department to clinical medical staffs,so as to provide references for related system construction in other hospitals.
