摘　　要：介绍知识组织的概念和研究领域,阐明MeSH和本体的概念及其在医学知识组织中的应用特点,论述如何在手术库构建中采用MeSH和本体表达术语进行医学知识组织,服务于广大医学工作者。The paper introduces the concept and researching fields of knowledge organization,expounds the concepts of MeSH and ontology as well as application characteristics in medical knowledge organization,discusses how to utilize MeSH and ontology theory in constructing surgery database,in order to provide services for the majority of medical staffs.
