摘　　要：分析高等教育国际化为大学图书馆发展带来的机遇,回顾国外大学图书馆为留学生服务的措施,从建立国际化图书馆环境、有针对性地进行馆藏文献资源建设、留学生信息素质培养、建立有效的沟通交流渠道、提升图书馆员服务留学生的能力等方面提出国内大学图书馆服务变革建议。The paper analyzes the opportunities brought by international higher education for college and university libraries development, reviews the countermeasures of the services for transfer students in foreign college and university libraries,proposes suggestions for college and university libraries service reform in China,including international library environment construction,targeted collection resources construction,literacy training for transfer students,effective communication channels construction and the improvement of librarians＇ capacity for serving transfer students,etc.
