摘 要:以棉花秸秆为植物纤维来源,采用普通相容剂和含稀土相容剂制备木塑材料,使用红外和热分析对相容剂的结构进行分析,比较两种相容剂对棉花秸秆/聚乙烯木塑材料性能的影响。结果表明:采用含稀土的相容剂制备木塑材料中棉花秸秆粉的添加量可达到200份,而且木塑材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度均高于纯树脂。扫描电镜照片显示:稀土相容剂可以改善棉花秸秆和PE的相容性。Based on cotton stalk,wood wood-plastics composite were prepared by using common eompatibilizer and rare earth containing compatibilizer . Structures of compatibilizers were analyzed by FTIR thermal analysis, effects of compatibilizers on cotton stalk and PE wood-plastics composite were compared. The results showed that addition of cotton stalk in composite by using rare earth containing compatibilizer was 200 portions. Tensile strength,impact strength,bending strength of wood-plastics composite were higher than pure PE. SEM photographs showed that the compatibilizer could improve compatibility between cotton stalk and PE.
