加味桂枝茯苓汤合并利培酮治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨加味桂枝茯苓汤合并利培酮治疗慢性精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法将符合研究标准132例的患者,随机分为实验组加味桂枝茯苓汤组,中药每日1剂,水煎成200m l,每日1次口服和对照组进行为期12周的治疗。分别在治疗前及治疗后4、8、12周进行阳性与阴性症状量表(PAN SS)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定。结果治疗12周后实验组的显效率明显优于对照组(χ2=7.93,P<0.01),PAN SS总分、阴性症状和一般病理分均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论加味桂枝茯苓汤合并利培酮对难治性精神分裂症不失为有效和相对安全的药物。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Guizhi-fuling Mixture combined with Risperidone Tabiets in the treatment of chronic schizophrenic.Methods A total of 132 cases with chronic schizophrenia entered a 12-week prospective trial.All of the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the controll group.In two groups,the patients recieved same antipsychotics-Risperidone Tabiets.The experimental group orally took Guizhi-fuling Mixture with 1 dose every day,200ml every dose.The efficacies were assessed with PANSS and TESS before and after 4,8,and 12 week of treatment respectively.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly superior to the control group（χ2=7.93,P0.01）.The total PANSS score,negative symptoms and general psychopathology score of two groups showed significant differences after 12 week of treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion The results suggest that the Guizhi-fuling Mixture combined with Risperidone Tabiets are effective and relatively safe antipsychotic for chronic schizophrenic patients.
