摘 要:目的探讨心理社会因素对新兵值得信任观的影响模式,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,运用人性哲学修订量表中的值得信任分量表、生活事件量表(LES)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、16项人格因素问卷(16PF)对562名新兵进行心理测评。统计处理采用秩变换单因素方差分析、Spearm an相关分析及Am os路径分析。结果新兵值得信任与SCL-90因子及总分负相关(r=-0.114^-0.205,P<0.01);与16PF稳定性、自律性、有恒性等9因素正相关(r=0.085~0.257,P<0.05或<0.01),与16PF紧张性、忧虑性、怀疑性等7因素负相关(r=-0.084^-0.218,P<0.05或<0.01);与LES负性事件分及总分负相关(r=-0.090^-0.182,P<0.05或P<0.01);Am os路径分析显示,稳定性与紧张性对新兵人格的贡献最大(β=0.75,-0.70;P<0.001);抑郁与强迫症状对新兵心理健康贡献最大(β=0.91,0.87;P<0.001);生活事件、人格对新兵值得信任的直接效应(β=-0.08,0.20,P<0.001)及人格在心理健康与值得信任之间的间接效应显著(β=-0.098,P<0.001)。结论新兵值得信任观受负性生活事件、人格、心理健康因素的影响,且人格在心理健康对值得信任观的影响模式中起着重要的调节作用。Objective To explore the influential model of psychosocial factors to trustworthiness of recruits in order to provide scientific data to mental health education.Methods Five hundred and sixty two recruits were selected by cluster sampling and evaluated on trustworthiness scale of Revised Philosophies of Human Nature(RPHN),Life Event Scale(LES),Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire(16PF).Such analysis as one factor ANOVA,Spearman correlation and Amos pathway were implemented.Results Trustworthiness of recruits were negatively correlated with the total and factors scores of SCL-90(r=-0.114-0.205,P0.01);positively correlated with C,Q3,G of 16PF,et al(r=0.085~0.257, P0.05 or P0.01),negatively correlated with Q4,O,L of 16PF,et al(r=-0.084~0.218,P0.05 or P0.01); and trustworthiness of recruits were negatively correlated with the negative and total scores of family,work and learning and social activities of LES(r=-0.090~0.182,P0.05 or P0.01);pathway analysis of Amos showed that C and Q4 were the most significant factors to personality of recruits(β=0.75,-0.70;P0.001),depression and obsessive-compulsive were the most significant factors to mental health of recruits(β=0.91,0.87;P0.001);the direct effect of life event and personality to trustworthiness(β=-0.08,0.20;P0.001)and the indirect effects of personality between mental health and trustworthiness were significant(β=-0.098,respectively,P0.001).Conclusion Trustworthiness of recruits was significantly influenced by negative life event,personality and mental health,and personality had very important regulative role in the model of mental health to trustworthiness of recruits.
