摘　　要：目的建立更好的感特灵胶囊的质量标准控制。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、马来酸氯苯那敏及人工牛黄进行定性鉴别和半含量考察。结果采用TLC法,一次展开系统,同时鉴别4种主药成分及其半含量考察,各主药成分的Rf值均在0.2～0.8之间,分离效果良好,样品溶液与对照品溶液所显斑点位置一致。结论薄层色谱法简便、准确、专属性好,在抗感冒类药物的真伪鉴别及质量快速筛查上可用性很高。Objective To establish a quality better standard for Ganteling capsule.Methods Maleate Tablets were distinguished by adopting TLC.Results By TLC method,once started the system,and identification of 4 main components and semi-content in drug investigation,the main drug component of the Rf values was between 0.2 to 0.8,good separation,the sample solution was spotted with the position of the reference solution consistent.Conclusion The method is simple and accurare and highly reproducible.It could be used for the quality control of Maleate Tablets.
