摘　　要：目的观察蝶鄂神经节阻滞治疗常年性鼻炎的疗效。方法采用翼腭窝阻滞蝶鄂神经节治疗常年性鼻炎156例。结果随访1年有效率达93%。结论蝶鄂神经节阻滞是治疗常年性鼻炎的有效方法之一。Objective To observe the effect of perennial rhinitis were treated with sphnopalatine ganglion block.Methods 156 patients with perennial rhinitis were treated with the method of block to sphenopalatine ganglion through pterygoplatione fossa.Results The effective rate was up to 93% in follow up 1 year.Conclusion Sphenopalatine ganglion block was effective for the treatment of vasomotorrhinitis.
