MEBO治疗396例手烧伤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨MEBO治疗手烧伤的疗效。方法：对396例568只手烧伤创面采用了MEBO治疗，治疗过程中一定不使创面发生再损伤。愈后10天采用美比欧疤痕平治疗。结果：临床总治愈率达98．6％，深Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°创面均可达到自然愈合，无须手术植皮，也无明显疤痕增殖和功能障碍。结论：MEBO治疗手烧伤疗效显著，病人无痛苦，与传统干燥暴露疗法有着本质区别。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBO intreating hand burns. Method:396 cases of hand burn involving 568 hands were treated with MEBO. Care was taken to avoid furtherinjury of the wounds. 10 days after healing, MEBO Scar Lotion was applied. Results: Total curativerate was 98. 6%, deep 2nd to 3rd degree wounds healed spontaneously without skin grafting. No hy-perplastic scar formed and no dysfunction occurred. Chnclusion: MEBO has very good efficacy intreating hand burn. Patients were free of pains.[
