神经刺激仪对癌症疼痛影响的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察神经刺激仪对减轻癌性疼痛的增效作用和护理方法。方法将40例晚期肿瘤疼痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各20例,对照组单纯采用常规强阿片类药物治疗;治疗组在使用上述药物的基础上辅以神经刺激仪治疗,1疗程后,对两组患者疼痛程度和疗效进行比较。结果治疗组的疼痛评分低于对照组,治疗组的有效率为55%,对照组的有效率为35%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经刺激仪对晚期癌性疼痛的治疗有增效作用。Objective To observe the synergistic effect and nursing methods to relieve cancer pain using nerve stimulation instrument.Methods The 40 definite advanced cancer patients with cancer pain have been assigned into two groups randomly,20 in the control group,20 in the experiment group.Patients in the control group received strong opiates drugs therapy,while patients in the experiment group received strong opiates drugs therapy with nerve stimulation instrument.After 10 days,pain intensity and curative effect in the two groups were compared.Results The pain scores of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group.The efficiency rate in the experiment group was 55%,and the efficiency rate in the control group was 35%.The difference of the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Nerve stimulator can enhance the therapy effect of advanced cancer patients with cancer pain.
