摘　　要：目的分析探讨Orem护理体系在甲型H1N1患者护理中的运用。方法以Orem自理学说为理论指导,以ADL表进行量化评分,运用护理程序正确评估患者不同时期的自护需求,制定护理计划,实施并完成护理活动。结果 Orem自理理论在帮助H1N1患者适应自身情况,积极应对治疗方面,起到了极其重要的作用。121甲型H1N1流感患者入、出院ADL评分比较P<0.01,差异有统计意义。结论 Orem自理理论应用于护理H1N1疾病患者,有利于实现护患共同目标,合理利用护理资源,帮助甲型H1N1患者顺利渡过隔离期,迅速回归家庭、社区。Objective To investigate the application of Orem self-care theory in nursing care of the patients with type A-H1N1 influenza infection.Methods Totally 121 A-H1N1 influenza patients were investigated with Activity of Daily Living scale（ADL）,nursing care was guided by Orem self-care theory,and nursing care process was employed to assess the patients′ self-care needs of different periods,to develop nursing care plans,to practice and complete care activities.Results Orem self-care theory played an extremely important role in helping patients with type A-H1N1 influenza infection to adapt to their own situation,and to positively respond to treatment.The 121 A-H1N1 influenza patients′ ADL scores were significantly decreased after intervention（P0.01）.ConclusionOrem self-care theory in nursing patients with H1N1 disease was beneficial to realize the common goal of patients and nurses,to allocate nursing resources to help patients smoothly go through the isolation period,and return to the family and community rapidly.
