摘 要:目的探讨规范运用预防套餐对预防ICU患者发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响。方法将256例机械通气患者分为干预组与对照组。对照组按常规护理,干预组严格按照预防套餐进行气道护理,比较两组呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的发生率及机械通气时间。结果干预组发生VAP 13例(10.16%),对照组发生VAP30例(23.44%),干预组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。机械通气时间:干预组为(137.56±85.97)h,对照组为(179.93±86.39)h,干预组较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论运用预防套餐有助于缩短机械通气时间和降低VAP发生率。Objective To explore the effects of application preventive packages on prevent ventilator-associlator pneumonia(VAP) in intensive care unit.Methods 256 mechanical ventilation patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The patients in the control group were cared as usual while the patients in the experiment group were cared according to the preventive packages strictly.The incidence and mechanical ventilation time of VAP were compared.Results There were 13 patients who suffered from VAP in the experiment group(10.16%),and 30 patients suffered from VAP in the control group(23.44%).The incidence rate of the experiment group was lower than the control group obviously(P0.05).The mechanical ventilation time of the experiment group was(137.56±85.97) h,and the control group was(179.93±86.39) h.The mechanical ventilation time of the experiment group was shortened than the control group obviously(P0.05).Conclusion The application of preventive packages can shorten the mechanical ventilation time and decrease the incidence rates of VAP.
