摘　　要：目的探讨小儿血液净化留置深静脉置管的并发症和处理方法。方法回顾分析小儿血液净化患者62例,其中颈内静脉置管32例,股静脉置管30例。结果导管留置时间每支双腔导管留置3~41 d,平均9 d,颈内静脉置管平均留置10d,股静脉置管平均留置8 d。置管过程中主要的并发症为误穿动脉（4例）、局部血肿（4例）和渗血（2例）。导管留置过程中的主要并发症为导管血流量不足（8例）和局部出血（3例）。结论早期关注小儿血液净化留置深静脉置管的并发症和及时采取相应的护理对策是保证小儿血液净化顺利进行的重要条件。Objective To explore the complication and the nursing of deep vein inserted catheter in blood purification children.Methods Sixty-two patients who accepted blood purification in our center were retrospectively analyzed.Among then,32 patients accepted jugular vein catheter,and 30 patients accepted groin vein catheter.Results The period of inserted catheter： the double hole catheter（3～41 days,9 days on average）,jugular vein inserted catheter（10 days on average）,groin vein inserted catheter（8 days on average）.The important complications of the process are arterial perforates by mistake（for 4 cases）,blood tumor partly（for 4 cases） and capillary hemorrhage（for 2 cases）.The important complications of catheter detaining are insufficient of blood flow（for 8 cases） and hemorrhage partly（for 3 cases）.Conclusion It is significantly important to pay early attention to the complication of the inserted catheter and nursing methods for the smooth going of blood purification.
