葛根素对去卵巢大鼠心肌超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨葛根素对去卵巢大鼠心肌的影响,以期为临床研究更年期心脏疾病提供形态学依据。方法雌性健康SD大鼠32只,分为假手术组、动物模型组、雌激素组和葛根素组。光镜下观看心肌组织学变化,透射电镜下观察心肌超微结构的变化。结果去卵巢后,大鼠心肌细胞核周隙不规则扩张,染色质浓集成块;线粒体嵴融合、消失、排列紊乱、卷曲呈髓鞘样变化,嵴间隙扩张、明显空泡化;闰盘间隙不规则增宽。雌激素、葛根素使上述病变减轻。结论葛根素对去卵巢大鼠心脏有保护作用。Objective To provide the morphological basis for clinical application,the study investigated effects of puerarin on myocardium in ovariectomized rats.Methods Thirty-two healthy female SD rats were divided into 4 groups： sham operation group,model group,estrogen group,puerarin group.Myocardium was observed under light microscope and ultrastructure changes of myocardial cells were analyzed under the electron microscopy.Results After ovariectomy,myocardial nuclear membrane gap irregularly expanded,chromatin condensed into clumps of varying sizes.Ridges of mitochondria were fused,disappeared,and in disorder.Ridge gap expanded and had vacuolization.Intercalated disc gaps irregularly widened.Estrogen and puerarin helped alleviate above-mentioned symptoms.Conclusion The puerarin reveals protective function on the heart of ovariectomized rats.
