消炎Ⅰ号治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自制中药膏剂消炎Ⅰ号外敷治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎的疗效,以获得最佳的治疗方案。方法 60例胺碘酮所致静脉炎患者,随机分为两组,观察组30例采用自制中药膏剂消炎Ⅰ号外敷;对照组30例采用50%硫酸镁湿敷法,观察两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率66.7%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论自制中药膏剂消炎Ⅰ号外敷可有效的治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎。Objective To discuss self-restraint traditional Chinese medicine Anti-inflammatory 1 paste on phlebitis caused by amiodarone,and get the best therapeutic scheme.Methods Sixty patients with phlebitis caused by amiodarone were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group with 30 patients treated with self-restraint traditional Chinese medicine Anti-inflammatory 1 paste and the control group treated with 50% magnesium sulfate wet packing.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%,and control group was 66.7%.Difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Self-restraint traditional Chinese medicine Anti-inflammatory 1 paste can be effective in treatment of phlebitis caused by amiodarone.
