摘　　要：目的总结甲状旁腺功能亢进患者围手术期护理体会。方法回顾7例原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者围手术期护理,包括心理护理、体位锻炼、饮食护理及术后监测等。结果 7例患者中有2例术后出现轻微手足抽搐,四肢麻木,经补钙治疗后好转;1例患者术后血PTH高于正常,转内分泌科继续治疗。其余均无并发症。结论甲状旁腺功能亢进患者并发症危害性大,因此在手术前后要加强病情观察,进行正确而耐心的护理及健康指导。Objective To summarize the experience of perioperative nursing of patients with primary hyperpu-rathyroidism.Methods Perioperative nursing of 7 patients with primary hyperpu-rathyroidism were reviewed,including psychological care,physical training,diet care and postoperative monitoring.Results Two patients had slight limbs twitching and limbs numbness after operation but the conditions of them improved after calcium treatment,and one patient′s PTH was higher than normal and continued to be treated in Endocrinology Department.Conclusion The complications of patients with primary hyperpu-rathyroidism are greater dangers to body,so we must strengthen the observation before operation and after,and conduct correct and patient care and health guidance.
