基于FLUENT的两种管道内流体分析

摘　　要：径向柱塞泵具有工作压力大、效率高、维修方便等优点,越来越受到市场的欢迎。四缸径向柱塞式往复泵,采用单拐偶缸径向对称专利技术设计。为了验证接在柱塞泵外部的两种管道分布的合理性,分析了四缸柱塞泵出口管道的两种布局方式,应用FLUENT软件进行建模,然后对模型划分网格和仿真分析,因为速度为非定常流量,所以在VC中进行了速度的编程,并且利用FLUENT软件的UDF功能把程序载入。分析了两种管道设计的流量和压力分布的优缺点,发现圆管内部的涡流较大,得到了方形管道的布局更加合理的结论。Radial reciprocating piston pump with high working pressure,high efficiency and convenient maintenance more and more get the welcome of the market.Four cylinder radial piston type reciprocating pump,using four piston cylinder radial symmetry patent technology design.This paper designed a four cylinder piston pump outlet piping of two kinds of layout.In order to validate the rationality of the two pipes distribution.Applied FLUENT software modeling of model,and then divided the grid and simulation analysis,because of the speed for unsteady flows move so programming the speed in VC,and loading the features in FLUENT software by UDF.Analyzed their advantages and disadvantages,obtained the quadrate pipeline layout more rational conclusion.
