摘 要:分析了地层渗透性对井底围压及破岩效率产生的影响,并对地层渗透性进行了分类,在此基础上建立了围压下岩石强度模型;基于压持效率制约了井底净化环境,修正与完善了不同地层渗透性的机械钻速模型,确定了各项参数。应用聚类分析中最优分段法对测井参数与录井参数进行了分类处理并编程获得了单轴下和围压下岩石强度剖面及机械钻速剖面,分别选取了钻井参数剖面中高渗、中渗及低渗地层进行了对比分析,研究结果表明地层渗透性越好,则围压下岩石强度越低、机械钻速越高。计算结果与理论分析、实验结果吻合度高,从而验证了模型的正确性。该新模型预测效果好且不需要校正,有助于钻前通过施工参数的优化、钻头优选达到提高钻井效率及降低钻井成本的目标。Rock strength of confining pressure is an important index for selecting bit and optimizing drilling parameters,but uniaxial compressive rock strength is very often used to evaluate the parameters,which results in the lack of authenticity and legitimacy in the evaluation.Therefore,this paper analyses the influence factors of the formation permeability on confining pressure and rock-breaking efficiency and makes a classification of the formation permeability.With the rock strength model established based on this confining pressure,the bottom hole cleaning environment was restricted on the basis of cutting hold effect and rate of penetration model of different permeability was mended and improved.This enables the determination of the parameters.Logging parameters was classified by optimal segmentation method of cluster analysis,and the uniaxial and confining compressive strength profile and the penetration rate profile were obtained by the way of program.The high middle and low permeability formation in the drilling parameter profiles were respectively selected to comparatively analyze the results.The analysis showed that the better formation permeability was lower,the higher the rate of penetration was.Those results are highly accorded with theoretical analysis and experimental results,which verified the validity of the model.The prediction of the new model is not only good,but also do not require any correction.This raises the drilling efficiency and reduces the drilling cost by optimizing the drilling parameters and selecting bits before drilling.
