摘　　要：分泌型磷脂酶A2-Ⅻ包括A、B 2个亚型,存在于多种动物的组织和细胞中,在结构、分布与功能上明显异于其他磷脂酶,其中的分泌型磷脂酶A2-ⅫA酶活性较低,但具有很强的抗革兰氏阴性菌作用,而分泌型磷脂酶A2-ⅫB是首个发现于哺乳动物的完全没有酶活性的分泌型磷脂酶亚型,在人和小鼠的肝脏、小肠和肾脏中含量最高,而在这些组织对应的肿瘤中表达下调,推测其在这些肿瘤发生过程中发挥重要作用。文章综述了分泌型磷脂酶A2-Ⅻ的结构、分布以及在药学中的应用,为进一步开发其药用价值提供理论依据。Group-Ⅻ secreted phospholipase A2（sPLA2-Ⅻ） includes two isoforms： sPLA2-ⅫA and sPLA2-XIIB.They are present only in animals and their primary sequence,distribution and functions are markedly different from other PLA2s.The catalytic activity of sPLA2-ⅫA is very weak,yet it can kill Gram-negative bacteria efficiently.However sPLA2-ⅡB is the first mammalian secreted phospholipase A2 that is completely devoid of enzymatic activity.Strong expression was observed in liver,small intestine,and kidney in both human and mouse species.Interestingly,the expression of sPLA2-ⅫB is dramatically decreased in tumors from the same tissues,which suggest that sPLA2-ⅫB probably play an important role in tumorigenesis.The study on sPLA2-Ⅻs＇ structure,distribution and pharmaceutical application,which provide the theoretical basis for further investigations and applications of sPLA2-Ⅻ,was reviewed in this paper.
