HPLC法测定蒙药寒水石二十一味散中秦皮乙素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定寒水石二十味散中秦皮乙素的含量的方法。方法:采用Kromassi C_(18)柱(250×4.6mm,5μm)。甲醇:水:冰醋酸(25:74:1)为流动相;流速为1.0mL·min^(-1);柱温为25℃;检测波长为353nm;对照品及样品进样量各为10μL。结果:秦皮乙素在0.168～2.94μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9995,n=5),平均回收率为97.95%,RSD=0.781%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于寒水石二十一味散中秦皮乙素含量测定。Objective: To establish HPLC medhod for determine content of Aesculetin in Mongolian medicine ershiyiwei hanshuishi san. Methods: Column was C_(18), (250× 4. 6mm, 5μm), mobile phase was Methanol - water - glacial acetic acid(25:74:1) ,flow rate was 1.0mL·min^(-1) .Column temperature was 25 degrees, wavelength was 353nm, injection volume of reference substance and sample was respectively 10μL. Results: Aesculetin had a good hnear relationship in the range of 0.168 ～ 2.94μg,r= 0.9995, n = 5,The average recovery is 97.95% ,RSD = 0.781% (n = 6) . Conclusion: the method is simple, accurate, repeat better and can be used to determine content of Aesculetin in Mongolian medicine ershiyiwei hanshuishi san with HPLC.
