浅谈间歇充气压力泵在预防下肢静脉血栓中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨ICU危重患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防措施。方法:将我科2009年5月～2011年3月共收治的218名患者随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组采取常规预防护理,干预组在常规预防护理的基础上采取间歇充气压力泵气压治疗,比较两组DVT的发生率。结果:干预组发生DVT3例,对照组发生DVT8例。结论:在常规预防DVT的基础上采取间歇泵气压治疗,可明显降低DVT的发生。Objective： Explore in critical patients in the ICU extremities of deep vein thrombosis of the preventive measures.Ietheds：218 patients were randomized into control and intervention group, since 2009 for five months to March 2011 .The control group take groovy prevention care, in routine preventive nursing intervention group based on the intermittent air pressure pump adopt pneumatic treatment, the incidence of DVT compared between the two groups. Results： 3 cases happended in the intervention group and control group happened 8 cases . Conclusion： On the basis of conventional prevention DVT use intermittent pump pressure treatment adopted can markedly reduce DVT happen.
