五加心宁胶囊对大白鼠的长期毒性试验

摘　　要：五加心宁胶囊以０ ．７５ ，１ ．５ ，３ ．０ ｇ／ｋｇ 剂量，连续９０ ｄ 灌胃给药于大白鼠。在观察期内，大白鼠一般状态、外观、行为活动及饮食与对照组比较均未见明显差别；体重增长、血象、尿液、肝、肾功能及血液生化指标与对照组比较无明显差异；心、肺、肝、脾、肾、肾上腺、睾丸或卵巢等脏器的肉眼及光镜下病理学检查，均未见药物损伤性病理改变。表明五加心宁胶囊预定临床口服日用量是安全的。Long term poisonous experiment in rats, using 0 .75 ,1 .5 ,3 .0 g/kg(About equal to 14 ,28 ,56 times of clinical usage) by pouring medicine down the throat,continued 90 days .In the 90 days,rats′generalstate out looking action food and drink were not differentform that of contrast group . Their weightraising hemrogiam urine chemicalexamination . Liver and kidney′s function and examination on biochemical index were not different from that of contrast group . Their heats,lungs,livers,spleens, kidneys ,odrenal grunds,testis and oraries were pathology examined by eyes and pathologicalchanges.Itshowed thatclinicalusage of Wujia Xinning capsuleis secure.
