摘　　要：程序性细胞死亡（ＰＣＤ） 是一种与“坏死”不同的主动性“细胞自杀”过程。其调控重要而复杂，是一个多基因参与的系统工程。它的实现严格地控制着细胞死亡和增殖的平衡，这一过程的失衡则会导致疾病的发生。本文仅就程序性细胞死亡机理及有关基因及其调控做一简介。Program med celldeath is aform differentfrom necrosis .It′s occursthrough the activa tion of a cell intrinsic suicide program . Program med cell death′s control is very important and complicated ,itis a gene directed system .Itcontrols balance between celldeath and cellprolifera tion .It′s unbalance leads to many diseases. This paper sum marized the mechanism and related genes and control of program med cell death .
