摘　　要：以实际工作中的项目管理为基础,从管理团队、项目统筹、有效沟通、考核机制等五个方面对做好多项目管理进行分析和探讨,同时着重强调了有效沟通的核心理念,指出有效沟通对项目管理的重要意义,并提供了一些技巧和方法.理论和实践都已证明,要完成一个成功的项目,就要科学地组织、指挥、协调和控制项目的实施过程.Based on the experience in project management, the paper analyzed and discussed different aspects about how to be successful in multi-project management, which are team supervising, project organization, efficient communication and evaluation method. Core philosophy of efficient communication was emphasized in the article, and relevant skills were described as well. To be successful in a project, scientifically organize, indicate, coordinate and control during project implementation are necessary.
