摘　　要：清代黔东南锦屏侗族、苗族林业契约是书面契约、民事契约、要式契约及三务契约,该契约蕴含了诚信法律精神,促使人们守诚信,亦折射了清代黔东南锦屏侗族、苗族的诚信意识强,诚信度高。同时,清代黔东南锦屏侗族、苗族林业契约对贵州集体林权制度改革具有借鉴意义。The Forestry Contract among the Miao and Dong in Jin ping of Southeastern Guizhou in the Qing Dynasty is Written Contract, Civil. Contract, Standard Contract, ＇sanwu＇ Contract, Which Contain the Lawful Spirit of Honest and Confidence, In Other Words, It lead to People Abide by Honest and Confidence and Rflect pepole of the Miao and Dong in Jin ping of Southeastern Guizhou in the Qing Dynasty Have Hight Consciousness of Honest and Confidence.At the Same Time, The Forestry Contract among the Miao and Dong in Jin ping of Southeastern Guizhou in the Qing Dynasty Has Some Experiences to the Collective Forest Ownership Reform of Guizhou.
