摘　　要：遵循新兴技术不确定性的本质和产业化的一般规律,新兴技术产业化战略图能够准确识别新兴产业发展不同阶段的内在要求以及存在的市场瓶颈和制度障碍等问题,帮助政府准确地进行战略定位,有针对性地进行制度安排和政策设计。政府培育战略性新兴产业发展的机制由创新链整合机制、产业链整合机制、创新链产业链融合机制、社会系统配套机制四部分构成。Emerging technology industrialization strategy map, in accordance with the uncertain nature of emerging technologies and the general rule of industrialization, can distinguish inherent requirements of emerging industries in their different developing stages and precisely identify problems such as market bottlenecks and institution obstacles. Therefore, it can be employed to help governments to make an accurate strategy orientation, pertinent institution arrangement and policy planning. Government nurturing mechanism of strategic emerging industries consists of innovation chain integrating mechanism, industry chain integrating mechanism, innovation chain and industry chain convergence mechanism and social system supporting mechanism.
