摘  要:通过在基础日粮中添加不同含量的葎草醇提物研究其对AA肉鸡生长性能、屠体性状和肉品质的影响。试验选用240只1日龄的AA肉鸡,随机分成基础日粮组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组4个处理,葎草醇提物添加量分别为0、5、10 mL/kg和15 mL/kg。每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,试验期为42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组Ⅱ组料重比显著降低(P<0.05),屠体率、全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率分别显著提高0.82%、3.44%、10.43%、6.53%(P<0.05);在肉品质方面,与对照组相比,试验组Ⅱ组胸肌和腿肌的L*值和A*值显著提高(P<0.05),腿肌剪切力和胸肌失水率显著降低(P<0.05)。这说明,葎草醇提物能够改善肉鸡生长性能,提高屠体性状,使鸡肉更加鲜、亮、嫩,且最适添加量为10 mL/kg。To investigate the effects of H.Scandents ethanol extract on growth performance,carcass characteristic and meat quality of broiler chickens.240 1-day-old AA broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 treatments,each treatment had 6 replicates,and per replicate with 10 birds.From 1 to 42 d of age,the trial diets were supplemented with 0 mL/ kg (the control group),5 mL/kg (group I ), 10 mL/kg (group Ⅱ ), 15 mL/kg (group m )H.Scandents ethanol extract.The results showed that:the ratio of feed and body weight gain in Ⅱ group were significantly (P 〈 0.05) lower than that in the control group;Compared with the control group, dressed carcass rata, eviscerated rate, muscle meat and breast -thigh meat percentage in group Ⅱ were highest among all the treatments,and were respectively improved by 0.82 % ,3.44 %, 10.43 %, 6.53 % (P 〈 0.05 ) ;L* and A* of legal breast muscle in group ]] were increased, and shear force of leg muscle and water loss rate of breast muscle were decreased (P 〈 0.05).It's concluded that H.Scandents ethanol extract could improve growth performance and carcass characteristic of broilers,and made the meat fresher,brighter and more tender.The optimum adding dose of H.Scandents ethanol extract was 10 mL/kg.
