摘　　要：分析了当前通信局房的发展状况,提出了新时期通信机楼规划的八步走框架,然后系统阐述了规划体系八个环节的核心内容。The current situaition of telecommunication buildings is analyzed, and eight stages about the planning of telecommunication buildings are put forward in this paper. The core content of the communication building planning are researched systematically.
