摘　　要：以南京江宁东山新市区城市规划项目为背景,将三维GIS技术应用于城市规划设计过程中,采用层次细节模型(level of detail,LOD)建立三维城市模型,并在真实三维场景基础上,设计城市规划方案展示、比选和简单三维效果展示等功能,以满足城市规划设计和管理的三维表达要求。3D GIS technology was applied in the city planning and design process of the new Dongshan Town,Jiangning District,Nanjing City.The level of detail（LOD） model was used to establish the 3D city models.To meet the demand of 3D expression in urban planning and management,the urban exhibition plan,and the simple 3-D effect exhibition were designed on the basis of the real 3D scene.
