摘  要:通过对漆树生殖生物学与空籽相关性的研究,结果表明,漆树胚胎发育过程中,其小孢子囊壁具3 ~4 层,应属混合类型,成熟花粉囊内具有大、小两类花粉粒,小粒花粉为单核属败育型;绒毡层早期萎缩与雄配子体败育相关;胚乳细胞解体可导致胚败育死亡;双受精后,胚乳能发育,胚可早期消失形成无胚果实。漆树类型、品种间的遗传性状差异都与空籽产生有一定关系。此外,雄株过少、花粉传媒缺乏和环境因子也与空籽产生有一定关系。尚探讨克服空籽的可能办法。The development of anther sac walls conforms,to mened type with three to four stages in the development course of lacquer tree embryo,There are pollens of large and small types in the mature pollen sac and the small grain is the one-nucleate pollen and aborted type.There is relativity between the early stage tapetum cell disintegrated and the abortion of male gametophyte. The disorganization of endoeperm cells leads to embryo abortion and death.The endoeperm may development after double fertilization,The early embryo abortion leads to the seed of have no embryo.There are relativity between the difference of hereditary capacity in the lacquer trees and the production of abortive seeds.There are relativity between few of male trees,the lack of the pollination medium,the factor of environment and the production of abortive seeds too.We probed into the possible method of surmountable abortive seeds.
