温肾益心丹对老年慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温肾益心丹结合西医常规治疗对老年慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法 58例患者随机分为两组,对照组予西医常规治疗,研究组在西医常规治疗基础上加温肾益心丹,疗程为4周。治疗前后对心功能、中医证候、血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平、明尼苏达心功能不全生活质量表(MLHFQ)积分的变化。结果研究组中医证候积分、BNP及MLHFQ积分的改善均优于对照组。结论温肾益心丹结合西医治疗能有效改善老年慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量;对血清BNP水平的抑制可能是其发挥治疗作用的机制之一。Objective：To investigate the effects of Wenshenyixin Pill on the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods：58 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（28 cases） was treated with conventional therapy.The treatment group was added the Wenshenyixin Pill.After 4 weeks,the levels of BNP in serum and the index of Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire were detected at baseline and after treatment.The changes of clinical symptoms and physical signs degree score were observed in those patients.Results：After treatment,the levels of BNP and the index of Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire in two groups were significantly decreased.The decreasing degrees of the above indices were significantly in treatment group.The cardiac function in two groups were improved significantly.The treatment group clinical symptoms and the physical signs were more obviously improved than those in the control group.Conclusion：Wenshenyixin Pill can improve the cardiac function in CHF and index of MLHFQ significantly after treatment.The levels of BNP are significantly decreased by Wenshenyixin Pill therapy.The efficacy for CHF may be related to the resistance of BNP concentration in the serum.
