摘　　要：目的观察自拟聪耳汤治疗难治性突聋的临床疗效。方法 60例难治性突聋患者随机分为两组,治疗组服自拟聪耳汤,对照组服银杏叶胶囊、甲钴胺治疗。观察其听力及其他伴随症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率73.33%,高于对照组的13.33%;治疗组在改善患者耳鸣、耳堵等伴随症状方面亦优于对照组。结论自拟聪耳汤治疗突发性耳聋疗效确切。Objective： To investigate the effects of Conger Decoction for refractory sudden deafness.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Those in the control group were given ginkgo leaf capsule and mecobalamine,while the treatment group were given Conger Decoction.The improvement of the hearing and the accompanying symptoms were evaluated after 3 months.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（13.33%）.And the treatment group had prominent preponderance in improving the accompanying symptoms of the patients.Conclusion： Conger Decotion is effective in treating the sudden deafness.
