经皮肾穿刺碎石术治疗肾结石侧卧手术体位的改良设计

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良侧卧手术体位对经皮肾穿刺碎石术(PCNL)治疗肾结石的效果。方法:选择120例肾结石手术患者随机分为对照组、观察组,对照组采用传统方法体位,观察组采用改良侧卧位,观察不同手术体位下PCNL对治疗肾结石术中经皮穿刺成功率、手术时间、一次碎石成功率、呼吸的影响。结果:两组经皮肾穿成功率、手术时间、一次碎石成功率、呼吸等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCNL治疗肾结石采用改良侧卧手术体位有利于提高经皮肾穿刺成功率,缩短手术时间,增加一次碎石成功率,并有利于呼吸。Objective： To evaluate the impact of an improved lateral surgical position on Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy（PCNL） for renal stones.Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with renal stones who needed surgical treatment were randomly divided into two groups（control group and experimental group）.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgical position,while those in the experimental group were treated with improved lateral position.The successfully percutaneous rates,operation time,successful comminution rates at one time,and patient＇s breath were compared between two groups.Results： There were statistically significant differences between two groups in successfully percutaneous rates,operation time,successful comminution rates at one time,and patient＇s breath.Conclusion： Improved lateral position can increase the successful rates of percutaneous nephrolithotomy,shorten the operation time,increase the successful comminution rates at one time,and facilitate patient＇s respiration.
