主动免疫联合中药补肾活血治疗反复流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨淋巴细胞主动免疫联合中药补肾活血治疗反复流产的临床疗效。方法:将104例母-胎免疫识别低下型反复流产患者分为治疗组50例和对照组54例,治疗组在淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗基础上,辅以中药补肾活血治疗,对照组只进行淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗,观察两组的妊娠保胎成功率。结果:实验组保胎妊娠成功率92%(46/50),对照组77.8%(42/54),经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:淋巴细胞主动免疫合中药补肾活血联合治疗,有利于提高反复流产患者的保胎成功率。Objective：To explore the efficacy of the treatment of spontaneous abortion by tonifying kidney and activating blood flow with active immunotherapy and tradional Chinese medicine.Methods：104 cases of mother-fetal immune recognition of the lower-type recurrent abortion patients,50 cases of active immunization of lymphocytes in the joint use of traditional Chinese medicine nourishing kidney and activating blood of protecting fetus.54 cases of active immunotherapy with lymphocytes.Results：The pregnancy successful rate in Experimental Group was 92%（46/50.The successful rate to protect fetus in the control group was 77.8%（42/54）.Comparing the two groups,there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Lymphocytes active immunization combined with traditional Chinese Medicine was effective in the treatment of spontaneous abortion.
