理伤手法结合中药治疗腰部术后痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨理伤手法结合舒筋活血汤加减治疗腰部术后痛的治疗作用。方法:将113例腰部术后痛患者,采用随机对照的方法,分为治疗组(62例)和对照组(51例),治疗组采用理伤手法结合口服舒筋活血汤加减治疗,对照组采用口服舒筋活血汤加减治疗。1周为1个疗程,共观察4个疗程。结果:1个疗程后,两组无明显好转,4个疗程后,治疗组优51例(82.3%),良7例(11.3%),差4例(6.4%)。对照组优21例(41.2%),良17例(33.3%),差13例(25.5%)。结论:理伤手法结合舒筋活血汤加减用于消除腰部术后疼痛症状和恢复腰部功能,其疗效明显优于单纯中药治疗,有一定的推广应用价值。Objective：To explore the effect of the method combining massage with proper amounts of medicine soup on the treatment of the pain after waist operations.Methods：Divide the 113 patients who have had waist operations into two groups,62 in the Treatment Group,51 cases in the Control Group.In the treatment Group,the method of massage with proper Shujin Huoxue Decoction was applied;while in the Control Group only proper amount of Shujin Huoxue Decoction was taken.It takes a week to be one course,and to get the results based on scientific observations for 4 courses.Results：After the first course,none of the patients in the two groups recovered obviously.However,after the fourth course,51 of Treatment Group recovered completely,making up 82.3﹪of the 62 patients,7 of the subjects（11.3%） felt obviously less painful in their waists,the method was in vain for only 4 of the subjects（6.4%）.Meanwhile,21 of the Control Group recovered completely,making up 41.2% of the 51 patients,17 of them（33.3%）felt much better and 13 of them（25.5%）didn＇t feel any better.Conclusion：The method combining massage with proper amount of Shujin Huoxue Decoction has an evidently better effect on patients＇ pain after a waist operation than that of taking Shujin Huoxue Decoction alone,and it is well worth introducing and applying to practice.
