摘　　要：分析了防空兵群指挥机关人员素质的影响因素,运用模糊综合评判法,构建了防空兵群指挥机关人员素质评估模型,为科学评估指挥机关人员素质提供了一种方法。The text analyzes the factors which impact the personnel quality of air defense forces group command organization and sets up a evaluation model of personnel quality of air defense forces group command organization by using fuzzy comprehensive judgment,meantime it provides a kind of method for valuating scientifically the personnel quality of air defense forces group command organization.
