摘　　要：目的:评价硬膜外管替代硅胶造瘘管行耻骨上膀胱造瘘治疗老年性良性前列腺增生所致急性尿潴留的可行性。方法:对68例因良性前列腺增生所致急性尿潴留的老年患者行硬膜外管耻骨上膀胱造瘘术。结果:所有病人均顺利置管,均无因置管引起的并发症。结论:硬膜外管替代硅胶造瘘管行耻骨上膀胱造瘘治疗老年性良性前列腺增生所致急性尿潴留是可行和可靠的。Objective Evaluation of epidural tube fistula replacement silicone suprapubic cystostomy line treatment of senile benign prostatic hyperplasia the feasibility of acute urinary retention. Conclusion Fistula epidural tube replacement silicone suprapubic cystostomy line treatment of senile benign prostatic hyperplasia with aente urinary retention is feasible and reliable.
