摘　　要：仙人掌科的主要果类植物有５属１８个品种。本文重点介绍以红龙果为代表的柱形仙人掌果的繁殖、栽培与加工利用。18 varieties of dominate edible-fruit cactus plant, Cactaceae aredescribed. The cultural and reproductive methods of columnar cactus plant, such asHylocereus undatus cv. Vietnam are outlined. Some ways of harvest and processingof cactus fruit are summarized here.
